Assembling instructions
Cut the pipe straight across by using appropriate tool and remove all burrs and bevels from the outer edge of the pipe. Pun the nut and compression ring on the outside of the pipe. Place O-ring on original position of the socket. Push the pipe to the socket until it is totally againts the bottom of socket, taking care that O-ring remain in the original position. Tight the nut by hand as mush as possible. The front part of elastic ring will bend symmetrically onto the pipe, and the teeth will penatrate into the wall of the pipe, providing the strong connection and preventing the pull-ot of the pipe.
Use the spanner for additional straining, accordnig to the number of turns show below:
For articles dimensions from Ø20 – Ø32 (1/2″ – 1″) – min 1 – max 1,5 turns
For articles dimensions from Ø40 – Ø63 (1 1/4″ – 2″) – min 1,5 – max 2 turns
